Beagle Camera’s novel functions

There are four video modes available

There are four time-lapse video options available on the Beagle Camera to suit different needs. Clean mode is designed for FDM 3D printers. It captures an image after each layer has been completed. To get a clear view of the part, send a command to move a hot end out of frame.

Normal mode captures an image after each layer. However, it does not send out the hot end of the frame. This mode can also be used for FDM 3D printers. 

The Timer time-lapse video mode captures images at predetermined intervals and plays them back to give the illusion that time is passing quickly. This mode is useful for many other applications, including 3D printing. These include documenting assembly processes, monitoring flower growth, among others. 

The Beagle is also compatible with the resin and LCD-based systems with its “UV Mode”. This mode was specifically designed for resin printing. It captures images when the UV sensor activates, which results in a steady time-lapse video of the prints emerging from the vat. To use this feature, an additional product – a UV sensor – is required.
